Crafted from polished stainless steel and durable metal alloy components, the hand chain has a smooth metallic finish with a lightweight feel. Reinforced connecting rings help keep the structure secure, while the flexible chain moves naturally with the hand. The adjustable bracelet and open finger ring allow the piece to fit a variety of hand shapes.

Order processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Processing may take longer during launches, promotions, holidays, or unusually high order volumes.
If an order contains made-to-order or personalized products, the longer processing time shown on the relevant product page will apply.
Tracking information
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent after dispatch. Tracking events may require 24–72 hours to appear after the label is created.
International tracking may pause while the parcel is transferred between postal networks or processed by customs.
Shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed.
We cannot guarantee address changes after processing begins. Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address.
Customs duties and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or local charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled or refunded by Varelialife.
Delayed or missing parcels
Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, customs inspections, holidays, security checks, transportation disruptions, and local delivery conditions may cause delays.
If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact us with your order number so that we can review the available information and assist with a carrier inquiry.
Delivered but not received
If tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be found, check the delivery location, mailbox, reception area, household members, neighbors, and local carrier office.
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan if the parcel remains missing. Varelialife cannot guarantee replacement or refund when a carrier confirms correct delivery.
Split shipments
Products from one order may occasionally be shipped separately. When this occurs, separate tracking information may be provided, and the parcels may arrive on different days.

We want every Varelialife piece to arrive as expected. This policy explains return eligibility, non-returnable products, damaged-order support, return shipping, and how approved refunds are processed.

Email sales@varelialife.store with your order number, the product name, the reason for the return, and clear photographs when relevant.

Wait for return instructions
If the request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address. Do not return the parcel to the address printed on the original package unless instructed.

Pack the product securely
Products must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, labels, and proof of purchase.

Inspection and refund
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved, reduced, or declined.

Products must return in their original condition
Eligible products
Standard products may be returned when they are unused, unworn, free from marks or cosmetic residue, and complete with their original packaging.
Earrings and pierced jewelry
For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned after the sealed packaging has been opened, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Final-sale and personalized products
Personalized, custom-made, altered, gift-card, clearance, and final-sale products are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or materially different from the confirmed order.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Inspect your order promptly after delivery. Contact us within 7 days if an item is damaged, defective, missing, or different from the product ordered.
Please include photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Return shipping costs
Customers are normally responsible for return shipping when returning an unwanted or unsuitable product. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
If we confirm that an incorrect or defective product was sent, Varelialife may provide a prepaid return method or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing by banks and payment providers commonly requires an additional 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes paid directly to authorities, and optional delivery upgrades are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
Cancellations and exchanges
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing, packaging, or shipment.
For a different product or size, contact us before returning the original item. Availability cannot be guaranteed until a replacement order is confirmed.

What materials are used in Varelialife jewelry?

Please check the material information on the individual product page before ordering. When “925 silver post” is stated, it refers to the earring post only unless otherwise specified.
How do I choose the right size?
Please review the measurements and available size options listed on the product page. For necklaces and chokers, measure your neck and compare it with the chain and extension lengths. For rings, measure the circumference or inner diameter of a ring that already fits you. Adjustable and open designs offer limited flexibility and should not be bent repeatedly.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep your jewelry away from water, perfume, cosmetics, sweat, household chemicals, and prolonged moisture. Remove it before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. After wearing, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth and store each piece separately in a dry jewelry pouch or box to reduce scratching, tangling, and finish wear.
Will the product look exactly like the photographs?
We aim to display every product as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color, reflection, gemstone tone, texture, and finish may occur because of lighting, screen settings, photography, and normal production variation. Measurements are taken manually, so a small difference may also occur.
